FAQs

How do I book a commission?

Join the wait list here. I will be opening my books for the first time in the new year.

I’ve joined the wait list. Now what?

I reach out to prospective customers in order of [join] as commission spots become available. We will discuss size, subject, and any other necessary details to determine final price. A 50% deposit secures your space. I will reach out again before beginning your piece to obtain reference photos and confirm details, and will update you periodically throughout the drawing process to ensure you are satisfied with the progress. Your finished piece will be mounted to fit a standard frame size, and packaged in archival materials. Once the remaining balance due is paid, I will ship your piece.

What materials do you use?

To ensure the longevity of your investment, I use professional grade colored pencils with the highest lightfast ratings, and archival and acid-free drawing surfaces.

Pencils: Faber-Castell Polychromos, Caran D’Ache Luminance, Caran D’Ache Pablo, and Derwent Lightfast

Surfaces: Fabriano Artistico Hot Press, Clairefontaine Pastelmat, Grafix Drafting Film

How does payment work?

PayPal is the primary and preferred payment method. I also accept payment through my website, and all major credit cards via Square through in-person events. Additional charges may apply depending on payment method.

Do you sell prints?

Not at this time, but I would love to! Send me a message to let me know what you’ve been eyeing. Telling me which pieces you are interested in will help me prioritize print runs and inventory.
